Our 30-Day Residential Program is designed as a focused and supportive introduction to the recovery process — offering safety, structure, and renewed hope in a professional, caring environment.

What the Program Includes

Detox Support & Stabilization
Professional monitoring and compassionate guidance to ensure safety and stability as clients transition into treatment.

Foundations of Recovery
Daily group therapy, psycho-educational sessions, and experiential learning help clients understand addiction, build insight, and develop healthy coping skills.

Evidence-Based Treatment Models
Our approach integrates the Minnesota Model, Process Group Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) frameworks alongside motivational and wellness-based practices.

Introduction to the 12-Step Process
Clients are introduced to 12-Step philosophy and meetings, encouraging connection, accountability, and a supportive recovery network.

Lifelong Weekly Family Support Group
Families are invited to participate in ongoing support groups to strengthen communication and shared healing.

6 Weeks of Recovery Check-ins
After completion of the residential stay, clients receive six weeks of weekly follow-up sessions to stay connected, supported, and on track with their recovery goals.
